We have been on a long journey creating a company that is centered around designing and building beautiful, high-performing homes with a focus of bettering each other in the process. Since 1972, Musser Home Builders has continually been involved in serving its surrounding community. We have worked very hard to establish a team that is passionate about walking alongside of our clients and delivering a custom homebuilding experience that is second to none. We integrate an inspirational up-front design process, incredibly detailed specifications, and fixed contract pricing that leads to a high-quality, on-time, on-budget end product… and, most importantly, a very long list of happy customers! That is the type of experience that creates a strong builder-client relationship; built upon trust and excellent communication.

Over the past 46 years, Musser Home Builders has taken this unique approach that is constantly being refined as we continue to grow. We take every new client through a 124-step process to ensure that we are providing consistent communication and excellent service – and that’s before we even start construction! This systematic and highly-collaborative process is intentional in being intricately detailed in the pre-construction phase. As a result, we are able to consistently provide quality custom designs with thorough specifications, accurate pricing and solid completion dates. Musser Home Builders continues to make adjustments to staffing needs as we continue to grow. Our self-imposed standards can only be achieved through a highly dedicated team of experienced, like-minded people. Our team includes Office Staff, Project Managers, Foreman, Carpenters, Designers and a Decorating Consultant. With 315 years of combined experience, our staff is ready to take on any challenges that may come our way!

Musser Home Builders offers complete Design Services with every New Home, Addition, and Remodeling project. We specialize in custom floor plans designed to maximize livability and comfort, while generating 3D renderings and inspirational images that help each client visualize their dream space.

 A well-designed home fit for you and your family’s changing lifestyle should be a place of day-to-day comfort and enjoyment. We place an incredible amount of attention on both the beauty and charm of what can be seen in a home, as well as the construction details that are unseen. While building high-performance homes with excellence in livability, we are pushing the envelope on designing beautifully while simultaneously building smarter. We want our clients’ homes to be long-lasting with the best possible performance using quality materials. Take, for example, our newest Modern Farmhouse Model Home at Glendale Estates. It has a floor plan designed to maximize daily comfort for the family, meshes together the convenience of indoor living with the refreshing nature of being outdoors, and uses quality, high performance materials and finishes in an inspiring way. Beautiful design matters because we want to be inspired. A high-performance home matters because we want to live comfortably. We feel we are just getting started.

We look at our company’s past as a series of steps which each led us to greater heights. When we first set off on this journey nearly 50 years ago, we were building simpler homes in simpler times. Many things have changed, but our commitment to excellence has never wavered. We were honored to be asked by ABC 27 to lead three consecutive Mid-State Home Makeovers from 2006–2008. At the time, we didn’t realize that this was preparing us to lead the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in 2011! It was a privilege to be given the opportunity to plan this construction project and lead a “volunteer team” of about 5000 people in building an incredible home in less than a week! Throughout the years, we’ve continued to not only grow closer together as a company, but we have also continued to expand with new employees and transition into new roles. Still, we are fortunate to say we feel like family. We continue to build better homes with the hopes that through it we can all be bettering each other. All that to say, we feel like we are just getting started! One of our latest adventures has been building our new Office and Design Studio. This dream has been in the making for quite some time and we are excited to be opening our doors to our community during this year’s Parade of Homes. We have integrated a timber-framed Design Studio with a 12-foot fireplace, vaulted ceilings, custom cabinetry, rustic flooring, reclaimed lumber barn doors (and much more) into a traditional farmhouse design.
