Jeff & Beth Musser

Jeff and Beth have been in ownership of the company since 1988. Jeff grew up in the building industry and has extensive experience in all facets of construction. His primary responsibilities include designing, estimating, scheduling and general management of the company. He also serves as Project Manager on some jobs.

Beth’s primary responsibilities include overseeing office production, Accounting, & HR departments, maintaining & decorating all Model Homes, and assisting Jeff with general management of the company.

Matt Musser

Matt serves as Project Manager, meeting with each of his clients starting with the initial appointment and overseeing the job through completion. He also meets with our trade contractors and vendors to discuss every detail of the project so that our final quotes are thorough, complete, and accurate. Since 1998, Matt has had extensive experience in both the residential and commercial construction fields.

Curt Fleck

Curt serves as Project Manager, meeting with each of his clients starting with the initial appointment and overseeing the job through completion. He also meets with our trade contractors and vendors to discuss every detail of the project so that our final quotes are thorough, complete and accurate. Since 1984, Curt has gained extensive carpentry and construction management experience in residential home building & remodeling.

Becca Brown

Becca serves as Project Manager, meeting with each of her clients starting with the initial appointment and overseeing the job through completion. She also meets with our trade contractors and vendors to discuss every detail of the project so that our final quotes are thorough, complete and accurate. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Becca worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the commercial industry. Prior to transitioning to her current role as Project Manager, Becca was our Selections Coordinator.

Tyler Hagy

Tyler is our Designer, supporting the team and our clients with project visualization and user-centered design. He has his degree in Industrial Design and brings with him several years of experience as an Environments Designer in the commercial industry.

Carrie Lodovici

Carrie is our in-house Decorating Consultant. She will guide you through your selection process. Carrie has a degree in Marketing and has been in the Interior Decorating Industry since 2006. She has owned her own Custom Interiors business and has worked for local companies including RF Fagers and Davids Furniture & Interiors.

Mike Forster

Mike is one of our Foreman. If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from the first day of construction to the last. He has been in the industry since 1980. Along with his wide range of construction experience, he excels at trim and carpentry work.

Jim Salisbury

Jim is one of our Foreman. If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from the first day of construction to the last. His 27 years of experience as a mechanical contractor is of great benefit when he is managing projects.

Zach Gardner

Zach is one of our Foreman. If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from the first day of construction to the last. Zach has a degree in Building Construction Technology. Since 2007, Zach has worked in the residential construction industry.

Brandon Cordero

Brandon is our Lead Carpenter and Foreman. If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from first day of construction to the last. He has been in the industry since 2005. Along with his wide range of construction experience, he excels at trim, general carpentry, and creativity within the field.

Curt Reinert

Curt is one of our Carpenters and Foreman. If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from the first day of construction to the last. Curt grew up in the building industry and brings years of experience to our team.

Jimmy Hansel

Jimmy is one of our Carpenters and has been in the industry since 2008. Along with his wide range of construction experience, he excels at trim and general carpentry.

Josh Levitsky

Josh is one of our Carpenters. He assists the Foreman on the jobs. He has a degree in Environmental Biology/Ecology. His experience in the field of environmental science is valuable as he transitions into the building industry.

Josh Dorr

Josh is one of our Carpenters. He assists the Foreman on the jobs. He has a degree in Architectural Technology and a passion for residential design.

Dawn McKay

Dawn is our Office Manager. She is involved from the first phone call through final project completion. Since 1986, Dawn has had multiple roles in the building industry in various areas of customer service support at the contractor, dealer and distributor levels.

Malinda Shannon

Malinda runs our accounting department and assists with a number of other areas in the office. She is our number's guru, enjoys learning new things, and has a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in missions. Malinda previously worked for a non-profit in their development department.

Tracy Stezin

Tracy assists our Office Team in a variety of tasks with the goal of maintaining efficiency in all systems.
