Jeff & Beth Musser

Jeff and Beth have been in ownership of the company since 1988. Jeff grew up in the building industry and has extensive experience in this field. His primary responsibilities include designing, estimating, scheduling and general management of the company. He also serves as Project Manager on some jobs. Beth’s primary responsibilities include maintaining the model home, overseeing office production and assisting Jeff with general management of the company.

Matt Musser

Matt serves as Project Manager, meeting with each of his clients starting with the initial appointment and overseeing the job through completion. He also meets with our trade contractors and vendors to discuss every detail of the project so that our final quotes are thorough, complete and accurate. He brings over 17 years of both residential and commercial construction experience.

Curt Fleck

Curt serves as Project Manager, meeting with each of his clients starting with the initial appointment and overseeing the job through completion. He also meets with our trade contractors and vendors to discuss every detail of the project so that our final quotes are thorough, complete and accurate. He brings over 30 years of extensive carpentry and construction management experience in residential home building/remodeling.

Mike Forster

Mike is one of our Site Supervisors. If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from the first day of construction to the last. He has been in the industry for over 27 years. Along with his wide range of construction experience, he excels at trim and carpentry work.

Jim Salisbury

Jim is one of our Site Supervisors. If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from the first day of construction to the last. His 26 years of experience as a mechanical contractor is of great benefit when he is managing projects.

Zach Gardner

Zach is one of our Site Supervisors.  If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from the first day of construction to the last. He brings over 9 years of residential construction experience.

Brandon Cordero

Brandon is our Lead Carpenter/Site supervisor.  If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from first day of construction to the last.  He has 12 years of experience in the industry.  Along with his wide range of construction experience, he excels at trim, general carpentry, and being creative.

Becca Brown

Becca is our Selections Coordinator. She will help guide you through your selection process. She has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and previously worked as a mechanical contractor in the commercial industry.

Tyler Hagy

Tyler is our Designer, supporting the team and our clients with project visualization and user-centered design. He has his degree in Industrial Design and brings with him several years of experience as an Environments Designer in the commercial industry.

Dawn McKay

Dawn is our Office Manager. She is involved from the first phone call through final project completion. Dawn has over 29 years of experience in the building industry in various areas of customer service support at the contractor, dealer and distributor levels.

Malinda Shannon

Malinda runs our accounting department and assists in multiple other areas in the office. She has a Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Missions. She enjoys working with numbers and learning new things. She previously worked for a non-profit in their development department.

Curt Reinert

Curt is one of our Carpenters and Site Supervisors. If he is managing your job, he is your primary point of contact from the first day of construction to the last. Curt grew up in the building industry and brings years of experience to our team.

Josh Levitsky

Josh is one of our Carpenters. He assists the Site Supervisors on the jobs. He has a degree in Environmental Biology/Ecology. His experience in the field of environmental science is valuable as he transitions into the building industry.
