Jeff Musser became a partner with his father, Chester Musser, in 1988. By 1993, Jeff and Beth took over complete ownership of the company. Jeff grew up in the building industry and has extensive experience in this field. He still enjoys “swinging a hammer” when his schedule allows. His primary responsibilities now include designing, estimating, scheduling and general management of the company.
Matt Musser started with us as Project Manager in 2013. He is highly detailed and brings over 15 years of both residential and commercial construction experience.
Curt Fleck started with us as a Project Manager in 2015. He is very detailed and has over 30 years of extensive carpentry and construction management experience in residential home building/remodeling.
Mike Forster started with us in 2010 and is a Site Supervisor. He has been in the industry for over 25 years and brings extensive construction experience and he excels at trim and carpentry work.
Jim Salisbury started with us in 2014 and is a Site Supervisor. He has been in the industry for over 27 years and brings a background in HVAC, plumbing and electrical work in both new residential construction and remodeling.
Joe Wickey started with us in 2015 and is a Site Supervisor. He handles the general management of his projects and specializes in trim and carpentry work.
Becca Brown started with us in 2015. She is our Selection Coordinator which means she’s involved with the client’s finishes selection process. She has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and previously worked as a mechanical contractor in the commercial industry.
Dawn McKay started with us in 2015 and is our Office Manager. She comes to the company with 29 years of experience in the building industry in various areas of customer service support at the contractor, dealer and distributor levels.
Melissa McElwee started with us in 2010 and is our Bookkeeper. She comes to the company with 20 years of business administration and management experience.
