Jeff Musser
Jeff Musser became a partner with his father, Chester Musser, in 1988. By 1993, Jeff took over complete ownership of the company. Jeff grew up in the building industry and has extensive experience in this field. He still enjoys “swinging a hammer” when his schedule allows. His primary responsibilities now include designing, estimating, scheduling and general management of the company.
Melissa McElwee
Melissa McElwee is the Office Manager at Musser Home Builders. When she joined the staff, she brought over 10 years of experience in the field of office and production management.
Dick Gochenaur
Dick Gochenaur is a Site Supervisor. He started with Musser Home Builders in 2002. His father was a home builder, so he grew up in the construction industry. He has over 25 years of experience in all facets of the construction process. He handles on-site management of our jobs.
Keith Kuykendall
Keith Kuykendall is a Site Supervisor. He has been in the construction industry for over 20 years; including 11 years as a flooring contractor. He brings a range of construction experience to the company.
Mike Forster
Mike Forster is a Site Supervisor. He has been in the industry for over 20 years. Along with extensive construction experience, he excels at trim and carpentry work.
Brandon Cordero
Brandon Cordero is a general carpenter who started with Musser Home Builders in 2005. Brandon handles general on-site work as well as detailed trim work. He has varied experience including diesel mechanics.
Trent Hoover
Trent Hoover is the newest employee of Musser Home Builders, joining the staff in 2011. Trent handles general on-site work while learning from his supervisors and earning great experience.
